what's crudele (cruel love) in tagalog?

This morning was listening to Cecilia Bartoli and Bryn Terfel singing Mozart duets and, during a recitative, Bartoli shouts "Crudele!"

I hear this word often enough in opera and so decided to check what it means.

It's italian. One internet site translates crudele as "pitiless," "merciless," "cruel." Easy enough to translate in Tagalog—masama, salbahe, walang puso, walang awa, walang kaluluwa, maitim ang budhi, halang ang bituka, don't-hate-me-coz-I'm-beautiful.

Another site says crudele is "cruel love." And so I think to myself, how love sick of the Italians to have one precise word just for the phenomenon. Because I can't think of one Tagalog word for that, I don't think we have one.
